역사와 인권의 관점에서 남∙북∙재외동포간의 상호교류와 협력을 통해 각국 재외동포의 권익 증진 및 한반도의 평화적 통일에 기여하고, 나아가 인류사회의 존엄 및 다양성 고양을 그 목적으로 함.

재외동포들의 권익을 옹호하고 해결되지 않은 역사적 과제들을 해결하기 위하여 다양한 교류와 연대활동을 했습니다. 특히 앞으로도 사할린 동포의 문제 해결과 재일동포의 인권을 위한 활동은 지속적으로 이어가겠습니다.
또한 재외동포 관련 정책에 대한 모니터링과 함께 대안을 제시하기 위한 활동도 계속 할 것입니다.

在外同胞の権益を擁護し、未解決の歴史的課題を解決するため様々な交流と連帯活動を行ってきました。 今後も特にサハリン同胞の問題解決と在日同胞の人権に関わる活動は続けていきます。また、在外同胞関連の政策にはモニタリングとともに代案を提示できる活動も継続します。

From a historical and human rights perspective, our aim is to advocate for the rights and welfare of overseas Koreans in every nation and to contribute to the peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula through mutual exchange and collaboration among South and North Korea and overseas Korean communities. And we endeavour to elevate the dignity and diversity of human society.

We have actively participated in various exchanges and solidarity initiatives, all aimed at advocating for the rights of overseas Koreans and addressing unresolved historical issues. Specifically, we are steadfast in our commitment to addressing the challenges faced by our compatriots from Sakhalin and advocating for the human rights of Koreans in Japan. And, we will continue to monitor policies concerning overseas Koreans and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
