<우리학교시민모임>은 일본정부가 식민지배에 대한 반성은 커녕 재일동포들을 차별하고, 우리말과 글을 배우는 조선학교 아이들과 민족교육을 탄압하는 것에 대해 한국사회와 국제사회에 알리고 규탄의 목소리를 모아내고자 만든 모임입니다.
농민/여성/ 종교단체/민주주의와 인권, 자주와 평화를 지향하는 시민단체들/ 재일동포와 조선학교 아이들을 지지, 응원하는 시민들이 함께 구성하고 있습니다.
□ 주요 활동 및 계획
주로 일본정부에 ‘민족적 차별 중지’, ‘평등하게 교육받을 권리’를 요구하는 활동을 펼치고 있습니다. 주한일본대사관 앞 금요행동/ 일본문부과학성 항의 요청활동 및 문부과학성 앞 금요행동 연대 방문/ 조선학교 차별반대, 민족교육 보장을 요구하는 기자회견 등을 진행하고 있습니다.
또한 조선학교 학생들 문집 <꽃송이1-4집> 국내 발간/ 강연회, 간담회 추진/ 조선학교를 지키는 사람들의 이야기 ‘소리여모여라’ 다큐멘터리 제작 추진 등 한국사회에 ‘조선학교’를 알리는 활동을 펼쳐나가고 있습니다.

当会は、植民地支配について反省はおろか、在日同胞に対する差別、ハングルを学ぶ朝鮮学校の子供たちと民族教育を弾圧する日本政府に対して、韓国社会と国際社会にその事実を知らせるとともに糾弾の声を集めるため設立しました。農民、女性、宗教団体、民主主義と人権・自主と平和を目指す市民団体、在日同胞と朝鮮学校の子どもたちを支持・応援する市民たちが一緒に活動しています。
□ 主要活動と計画
日本政府に対して「民族差別を中止すること」、「平等に教育を受ける権利」を要求する活動をしています。駐韓日本大使館の前で毎週金曜日に行う「金曜行動」/文部科学省への抗議や要請、文部科学省前での金曜行動に連帯訪問、朝鮮学校への差別反対、民族教育の保障を求める記者会見などを行っています。また、朝鮮学校の生徒たちの文集である「コッソンイ(꽃송이)」第1～第4集を韓国で発刊、講演会や懇談会、「声よ集まれ」という題名で朝鮮学校を守っている人々の話をドキュメンタリーとして製作しているなど、韓国社会に朝鮮学校を知らせる活動を広げています。

□ Purpose
The Civil Network for Chosun Schools aims to shed light on the discriminatory practices of the Japanese government against Korean Japanese individuals to both Korean and international societies. Instead of expressing remorse for its colonisation, Japan is accused of suppressing Chosun schools that provide education on national identity and discourage students from learning Korean. The network consists of various groups, including farmers, women's organisations, religious groups, democracy and human rights advocates, as well as civilians who support Korean Japanese individuals and Chosun Schools.
□ Activities & Plans
The Civil Network for Chosun Schools actively advocates against the discriminatory practices of the Japanese government and calls for equal education opportunities. The network engages in various activities, including Friday Actions at the Japanese Korean Embassy in Korea, visits to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology for protest actions, demonstrations in front of the ministry, press conferences to address discrimination, and appeals for Korean national identity education. Also the network raises awareness about Chosun Schools in Korean society through initiatives such as publishing the poetry of Chosun School students named "Blossom 1-4," organising seminars and conferences, creating documentaries like "Sound, Gather Together," and sharing stories of individuals supporting Chosun Schools.
